A ceramic stoneware blue jay hand built in great detail sits in the sunken recess of this wall piece as if taking a brake after flying around the room. The minimalist lines of the frame are in contrast with the natural look of the bird. The recess and frame sides have been painted in a color to contrast with the white face of the frame.
